Woman Injured in Berkeley Pedestrian Accident on Marin Avenue and Euclid Avenue

Berkeley, California (December 3, 2021) – A woman was struck and seriously injured by a vehicle in Berkeley on Wednesday afternoon, according to the authorities.
The accident occurred in the area of Marin Avenue and Euclid Avenue on Wednesday, December 1.
Authorities said a 75-year-old Berkeley woman was in the crosswalk trying to cross Marin Avenue at the intersection when she was hit by a Ford SUV that was coming down a hill.
Woman Hurt in Berkeley Pedestrian Crash
The woman was transported to Highland Hospital with major injuries.
The driver of the Ford, a 26-year-old Berkeley woman, remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
