Minor Injuries Sustained in Cherryland Crash on Mission Boulevard (Highway 185) at Cherry Way

Alameda County, California (December 3, 2021) – Authorities are investigating the cause of a two-vehicle collision that happened Friday morning in the Cherryland area of Alameda County.
The crash was reported at around 6:46 a.m. on Mission Boulevard at Cherry Way. Mission Boulevard is also known as Highway 185.
According to the California Highway Patrol, an older-model Nissan 4-door sedan collided with a white Toyota Tacoma pickup truck on Mission Boulevard.
The impact caused the pickup truck to overturn and land on its roof. A bystander pulled the man out of the overturned pickup truck shortly after the crash.
The sedan sustained major front-end damage in the collision, the CHP said.
