Escondido Accident on Citrus Avenue near Birch Avenue Injures 2 People
Escondido, California (December 6, 2021) – An Escondido two-vehicle collision that occurred Monday morning sent two people to the hospital, the California Highway Patrol said.
The rollover crash took place on South Citrus Avenue near Birch Avenue at approximately 7:58 a.m. on December 6.
An automobile rolled over and landed on its side in a collision with a second vehicle in the morning hours.

A woman was said to have exited the vehicle and was laying down.
One unidentified person was airlifted to the hospital after the crash. Another party was taken to an area hospital via land ambulance for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Meanwhile, both automobiles were towed away from the crash site.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
