Woman Injured in Pinon Hills Crash on Highway 138 near Puzzle Canyon Road
Pinon Hills, California (December 15, 2021) – A woman was injured in a rollover car accident in Pinon Hills on Wednesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred on Highway 138 near Puzzle Canyon Road at around 5:37 a.m.
CHP said a tan Chevrolet Tahoe SUV and a second vehicle collided in the area, causing the SUV to overturn.

The woman driving the SUV was ejected at the time of the crash.
The driver was airlifted to Loma Linda hospital with serious injuries.
There were no reports of other injuries.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
