1 Hospitalized after Whittier Car Crash on Calmada Avenue near Mulberry Drive
Whittier, California (December 20, 2021) – Authorities said one person was taken to the hospital after two vehicles collided Monday morning in Whittier.
The vehicles collided just before 7 a.m. on Calmada Avenue, just north of Mulberry Drive.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a brown Nissan Frontier collided with a white Toyota van, blocking the lanes.
One person was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
Investigators did not immediately determine what caused the collision, but an investigation is ongoing.
