1 Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 74 at Sherman Road in Menifee
Menifee, California (December 22, 2021) – One person was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in Menifee on Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 74 at Sherman Road at about 6:24 a.m.
A motorcycle and a car were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the collision were not immediately established.
One person was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, according to the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.
Highway 74 was closed in both directions between Trumble and Sherman roads. The intersection at Watson Road was also closed.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
