Minor Injuries Sustained in Vallejo Car Accident on Interstate 80 near American Canyon Road On-Ramp
Vallejo, California (January 3, 2022) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a car collision that happened Sunday night in Vallejo, resulting in minor injuries.
The wreck was reported at about 9:53 p.m. on eastbound Interstate 80, just east of the American Canyon Road on-ramp.
Two vehicles collided, one of them going off the roadway and through a chain-link fence.
The report said at least one person suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Firefighters were requested to respond and help retrieve the car that went off the roadway.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
