5 Hospitalized after Jurupa Valley Crash at Mission Boulevard and Wallace Street

Jurupa Valley, California (January 5, 2022) – Five people were hospitalized, one with life-threatening injuries, after two vehicles collided Tuesday at an intersection in Jurupa Valley, as per a local news source.
The Riverside County Fire Department said the wreck occurred at about 12:15 p.m. January 4, at Mission Boulevard and Wallace Street.
The firefighters rushed to the scene after receiving reports about the crash to find two people trapped in one car.

The firefighters used industrial saws and other gear to free the parties. One of them suffered serious injuries and was taken to Riverside Community Hospital for treatment.
Another person sustained moderate injuries and three others minor injuries. All were hospitalized at Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley.
The cause of the collision was not immediately established.
The intersection was partially closed by responding sheriff's deputies as firefighters helped the victims.
