1 Person Injured in Bakersfield Car Accident on Highway 119 near S Enos Lane
Bakersfield, California (January 13, 2022) – One person was hurt in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Wednesday afternoon on a highway in Bakersfield, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at about 4:52 p.m. on Highway 119, just west of S Enos Lane.
The crash involved three vehicles, including a blue Chevrolet pickup truck that rolled over onto its side and a white Jeep Wrangler.
At least one person sustained minor-to-moderate injuries in the crash. Paramedics responded to the scene to offer medical aid and transport the victim to the hospital.
Tow trucks were needed to remove the vehicles from the scene.
The crash left the westbound lanes of the highway blocked for an unknown duration.
CHP is investigating the collision.
