One Person Killed in Westminster Crash on 405 Freeway at Westminster Boulevard
Westminster, California (January 16, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a Sunday morning multi-vehicle accident that killed one person in Westminster.
The deadly accident occurred at about 4:45 a.m., on the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway at Westminster Boulevard.
According to the California Highway Patrol, several vehicles, including an SUV and a sedan, collided on the freeway in unclear circumstances.
One of the vehicles reportedly crashed into the center divider.
One person sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
