At Least 1 Hurt in Sacramento Car Crash on Highway 99 near Florin Road Off-Ramp
Sacramento, California (January 19, 2022) – At least one person suffered minor injuries in a multi-vehicle collision that occurred Wednesday morning on a highway in Sacramento, as per the California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported at around 9:29 a.m. on southbound Highway 99, just north of the Florin Road off-ramp.
The accident involved a white Volkswagen Passat, a Toyota Corolla and a white Mercedes.
An occupant in the Volkswagen called authorities to report the accident, adding that no one was injured in their vehicle.
Emergency crews responded to the scene to find at least one person with minor injuries.
The cause of the collision was not immediately determined.
An investigation is ongoing.
