Two Drivers Seriously in Longvale Crash on Highway 101 near Covelo Road (State Route 162)
Mendocino County, California (January 20, 2022) – Two drivers were seriously injured Thursday afternoon in a car crash in Longvale, Mendocino County.
The major injury collision occurred at around 12:38 p.m. Thursday, January 20, on Redwood Highway 101 near Covelo Road (State Route 162), the California Highway Patrol reported.
According to the CHP, a white Dodge Ram pickup truck collided with a small white sedan on Redwood Highway 101, just north of the Moss Cove Rest Area.
One of the vehicles reportedly T-boned the other vehicle.
Major Injury Collision in Longvale
Both drivers sustained major injuries and were taken by ambulances to hospitals. Their condition at this time remained unknown.
The damaged vehicles were towed from the crash site.
