1 Seriously Injured in Wasco Car Crash at Highway 46 and Rowlee Road
Wasco, California (January 21, 2022) –One person sustained serious injuries following a car crash that happened Thursday morning at an intersection in Wasco, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The major injury collision was reported at around 6:19 a.m. Thursday, January 20, at the intersection of Highway 46 and Rowlee Road, near the Portwood Farms.
According to the CHP, a gray minivan collided with a red van on Highway 46 at the intersection with Rowlee Road.
2-Vehicle Crash in Wasco
Authorities said one patient, whose name was not immediately disclosed, was transported to a hospital with major injuries.
The area of Highway 46 and Rowlee Road was temporarily closed due to the incident.
The crash remains under investigation.
