1 Injured in Car Accident on Del Dios Highway in Oceanside
Oceanside, California (January 22, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a Friday morning traffic collision in Oceanside.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Del Dios Highway, just east one Calle Ambiente at around 7 a.m.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash. Although the events leading up to the accident were yet to be established, one of the cars reportedly suffered major damage.
One person was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated before being transported to the hospital.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
