At Least One Person Seriously Injured in Oxnard Collision on Victoria Avenue near Doris Avenue
Oxnard, California (January 23, 2022) – At least one person sustained serious injuries following a collision between a car and a semi-truck in Oxnard, according to a local news source.
The major injury crash took place on Victoria Avenue near Doris Avenue on Thursday, January 20.
As per the local news source, a big rig was attempting to make a U-turn from southbound Victoria Avenue to northbound Victoria when it was broadsided by a passenger car that was traveling northbound on Victoria.
Truck Accident in Oxnard January 20
The driver of the car, a 21-year-old Oxnard resident, was transported to Ventura County Medical Center with major injuries.
The truck driver did not suffer any injuries in the crash.
