One Dies Following Los Angeles Crash on Santa Monica (10) Freeway near Coventry Place
Los Angeles, California (January 27, 2022) – One person was killed in a collision involving a UPS truck early Thursday morning near the Cheviot Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The deadly crash, involving two vehicles, occurred at around 2:05 a.m. on Santa Monica (10) Freeway and Coventry Place.
The UPS truck collided with a silver SUV on the westbound side of the Santa Monica Freeway. The vehicles were blocking four lanes of the freeway following the wreck.

Sadly, one person died at the scene of the crash.
No other injuries were immediately reported.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
