Sativa Malecke Arrested after Fall River Mills Crash on Highway 299
Fall River Mills, California (January 28, 2022) – Sativa Malecke was arrested following an alleged DUI collision in Fall River Mills on Wednesday afternoon, the California Highway Patrol said.
The major collision occurred at about 2:17 p.m. on Highway 299 in front of Ray's Food Place.
CHP said a Dodge Charger and a white Ford Excursion collided in the westbound turn lane.
Sativa Malecke Arrested after DUI Crash in Fall River Mills
An elderly woman driving one of the cars was rushed to Mayers Memorial Hospital with major injuries.
Malecke was arrested and booked into the Shasta County Jail in Redding on DUI and child endangerment charges. Her bail was set at $50,000.
The incident is under investigation.
