5 Injured in South LA Bus Crash on S. Normandie Avenue
South Los Angeles, California (January 28, 2022) – Multiple injuries were reported in a collision involving a Metro bus in South Los Angeles on Friday night.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the bus collided with a passenger vehicle at 822 S. Normandie Avenue just after 8 p.m.
The passenger vehicle caught fire following the crash.
5 Hurt in South LA Bus Accident on S. Normandie Avenue
Two people in the passenger vehicle sustained critical injuries and were rushed to the hospital.
Two children in that vehicle and the driver of the bus sustained non-critical injuries.
The bus had six passengers who were hurt in the collision.
The authorities are working to determine what caused the bus and the vehicle to collide.
