Two Killed in Chico Car Crash near Neal Dow and E Fifth Avenues
Chico, California (January 30, 2022) – A two-vehicle collision near a Chico intersection left two people dead on Sunday afternoon, the Chico Police Department said.
At least one of the vehicles slammed into a house near the intersection of Neal Dow and E Fifth avenues.
The collision occurred at around 5 p.m.

Chico police confirmed that two people died following the accident.
One other person was rushed to a hospital with major injuries.
Traffic was blocked in the area as authorities worked to clear the scene.
No one inside the house that was struck was injured.
The Chico Police Department is working to find out what caused the deadly wreck.
