15-Year-Old Aalvin Chhue Killed in Modesto Accident on Carver Road and West Briggsmore Avenue
Modesto, California (February 3, 2022) – 15-year-old Jayden Chhue was one of three minors killed in a traffic accident in Modesto on Tuesday evening, a local news source reported.
Chhue, his cousin 17-year-old Aalvin Chhue, and their friend 16-year-old Jose Espinoza, died following the accident that occurred on Carver Road and West Briggsmore Avenue at around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, February 1.
The teens were riding in a vehicle that was hit by a big rig at the intersection.

Authorities said two of the victims died at the site of the accident while the other victim died at a hospital.
Two other people were taken to hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Authorities said the victims were high school students at Grace M. Davis High School.
The motorist driving the big rig was not hurt in the accident.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
