One Seriously Hurt in Jamul Crash on State Route 94 near Honey Springs Road
Jamul, California (February 7, 2022) – One person sustained major injuries in a traffic collision that was caused by a boat that came off a trailer in Jamul on Saturday evening, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident occurred on State Route 94 near Honey Springs Road just after 6:20 p.m. February 5.
According to CHP, a vehicle traveling on SR 94 was towing a boat when it became detached and collided with at least one other vehicle.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and extricated parties trapped in the wreckage.
At least one person sustained major injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The identities of all the parties involved in the collision were not released.
The CHP is working to determine what led up to the accident.
