Two Hurt in Pollock Pines Accident on Highway 50 near Ridgeway Drive
Pollock Pines, California (February 9, 2022) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident in Pollock Pines Tuesday evening.
According to California Highway Patrol, an orange Jeep and a white Nissan pickup truck collided on the westbound side of Highway 50, just west of Ridgeway Drive.
It's unclear what caused the collision, which was reported at around 4:16 p.m. February 8.

Two people were transported to a hospital after the crash.
At least one of the patients reportedly had major injuries.
The westbound lanes of Highway 50 were closed as crews worked to clear the scene.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
