56-Year-Old Garden Grove Motorcyclist Killed in Garden Grove Crash at Chapman Avenue and Knott Street

Garden Grove, California (February 9, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a Tuesday night motorcycle accident that killed a 56-year-old Garden Grove man in Garden Grove.
The deadly accident occurred at about 8:26 p.m., on February 8, at the intersection of Chapman Avenue and Knott Street.
According to the police, a motorcycle, operated by the Garden Grove man, was heading eastbound on Chapman through the intersection of Knott when it collided with a pickup truck.
The pickup truck was reportedly making a left turn from westbound Chapman to southbound Knott when the collision occurred.

The motorcyclist was injured in the accident and was taken to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Intoxication was not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
