1 Hospitalized after Highway 87 Accident on Highway 87 near Curtner Avenue
San Jose, California (February 16, 2022) –One person was hospitalized following a Wednesday morning traffic collision in San Jose, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The major injury collision happened at around 9:27 a.m. on Highway 87 near Curtner Avenue.
CHP said two vehicles collided under unclear circumstances in the northbound lanes of State Route 87.
One person sustained an open fracture and was bleeding after the collision. The patient was then transported to a hospital for further treatment.
The wrecked vehicles were towed away from the crash site.
The crash remains under investigation.
