Jacob Slaugh Killed in Folsom Car Accident on Folsom Lake Crossing
Folsom, California (February 18, 2022) – Jacob Lee Slaugh, 30, of Roseville has been identified as the third victim in a deadly head-on crash that happened Tuesday afternoon in Folsom, according to authorities.
The collision happened on Folsom Lake Crossing near Folsom Lake at about 3:45 p.m. February 15.
Folsom police said the wreck happened when the driver drifted across the double yellow lines and collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle.
Jacob Slaugh Among 3 Killed in Folsom Car Crash
Slaugh and the two occupants of the second vehicle died following the collision. Authorities said two of them were pronounced dead at the scene while the third victim died at a hospital.
Authorities are still investigating the deadly incident.
