Karen Carrillo Killed in Fontana Accident on Sierra and Jurupa Avenues
Fontana, California (February 21, 2022) – Karen Carrillo died following an early Saturday morning head-on collision in Fontana, according to a local news source.
Carrillo was driving a vehicle that, for unknown reasons, collided head-on with another vehicle on Sierra Avenue near Jurupa Avenue.
The accident was reported at around 2:48 a.m. February 19.

According to the report, Carrillo, 22, of Riverside, was extricated from her vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
There was no update on the condition of other involved parties.
A section of Sierra Avenue was closed for the investigation.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
