1 Suffers Minor Injuries in Sacramento Car Accident on 5 Freeway near Suttterville Road Off-Ramp
Sacramento, California (February 21, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision that happened Monday afternoon in Sacramento, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The pileup was reported at about 1:24 p.m. on southbound 5 Freeway, just north of the Sutterville Road off-ramp.
Four vehicles, including a gray Toyota Minivan and a white GMC Arcadia, were involved in the collision.
Sacramento police and firefighters responded to the scene.
One person who sustained minor injuries was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
The cause and manner of the collision remained unknown, but an investigation is ongoing.
