At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Corona Car Crash on Interstate 15 near Ontario Avenue
Corona, California (February 28, 2022) – At least one person suffered major injuries in a multi-vehicle collision that happened Sunday afternoon in Corona, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The pileup took place at about 2:33 p.m. on Interstate 15 near Ontario Avenue.
Four vehicles were involved in the collision, as per authorities.
A female driver in one of the cars was unconscious after the crash.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help the motorists.
At least one person sustained major injuries. The patient was hospitalized in unknown condition.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the wreck.
