1 Suffers Major Injuries in Murrieta Car Crash at Clinton Keith Road and Avenida La Cresta
Murrieta, California (February 28, 2022) – One person was seriously injured in a DUI crash that happened Sunday evening at an intersection in Murrieta, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported at about 7:06 p.m. on northbound Clinton Keith Road at Avenida La Cresta.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident. One of them was leaking gas after the impact.
Authorities said one person was seriously injured. Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim to the hospital.
The report also said one of the drivers was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the crash. However, it was not clear if that motorist was arrested.
CHP is investigating the incident.
