Woman Seriously Injured in Clements Crash on State Route 88 (Highway 88) near Liberty Road
Clements, California (February 28, 2022) – A woman was seriously injured early Monday morning in a four-car accident in Clements, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The major injury collision occurred at around 6:16 a.m. on February 28 on State Route 88 (Highway 88), just east of Liberty Road.
CHP said a white Honda sedan, a silver sedan, a silver Jeep and a four vehicle collided for unknown reasons on Highway 88.
Following the collision, the vehicles were blocking multiple lanes and one of the vehicles was facing the wrong way.
Major Injury Traffic Collision in Clements
Emergency personnel responded to the scene to help the injured parties. One of the patients, described as a woman, sustained major injuries.
At least one of the vehicles were towed away from the site of the crash.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
