Daniela Chavez Arrested after Napa Car Accident at Imola and Marshall Avenues
Napa, California (February 29, 2022) – Authorities arrested Daniela Y.A. Chavez, 28, of Napa after a suspected DUI collision that took place in Napa on Friday night, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident happened at around 10:35 p.m. February 25, on Imola Avenue and Marshall Avenue.
Chavez was driving a 2018 Audi A5 eastbound on Imola Avenue when he collided head-on with a westbound 2015 Dodge Challenger near Marshall Avenue.
The impact caused the Dodge to collide with a parked car on the north shoulder.

Both Chavez and the operator of the Dodge, a 41-year-old man from Napa, sustained minor injuries and were taken to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center.
Chavez was later arrested and booked into the Napa County jail on DUI charges.
The CHP is investigating the collision.
