Driver Hurt in Mountain View Accident on Imperial Avenue
Mountain View, California (March 1, 2022) – A driver suffered serious injuries in a collision with a big rig in Mountain View on Tuesday afternoon, according to a report by the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
The collision happened at 3845 Imperial Avenue, south of Mt. Hope Cemetery shortly before 2:20 p.m.
A 29-year-old man was driving a 2008 Ford F250 van west on Imperial Avenue when he swerved to the left, then drifted into the eastbound lane.

The driver of the van was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police are investigating the Mountain View collision.
