Barbara Leach ID'd as Woman Killed in Sacramento Collision on Howe Avenue and Spanos Court
Sacramento, California (March 3, 2022) – The Sacramento County Sheriff's Coroner has identified the woman who was killed in a traffic collision in Sacramento on February 23.
Barbara Hill Leach, 79, of Sacramento died following the accident that happened at about 2:08 p.m. on Howe Avenue and Spanos Court.
A gray Dodge and a red sedan were involved in the accident.
The sedan reportedly drifted off the side of the roadway and crashed into a tree.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and attended to Leach who was found with serious injuries.
Unfortunately, Leach succumbed to injuries sustained in the collision.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
