Children Hurt in Anderson Crash at Great Adventure Christian Preschool on Balls Ferry Road and Martha Street

Anderson, California (March 3, 2022) – A vehicle slammed into the Great Adventure Christian Preschool in Anderson Thursday afternoon, injuring several children who were inside, according to the authorities.
Shortly before 2:30 p.m., an Anderson woman and her mother were riding in a blue SUV when they slammed into the preschool in the area of Balls Ferry Road and Martha Street.
The car trapped some kids while other kids were covered by the debris. The children were playing when the incident occurred.

Fourteen children were transported by ambulance to hospital for treatment. Their injuries had varying degrees.
Five other kids were transported to the hospital by their parents.
Two staff members were inside the building when the vehicle slammed into it.
There was no update on the condition of the staff members and the occupants of the car.
An investigation into the collision is underway.
