Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Boulevard Crash on Kumeyaay Highway near Manzanita Road
Boulevard, California (March 4, 2022) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a Thursday afternoon traffic accident in Boulevard, authorities said.
The major injury accident occurred at about 1:07 p.m., on March 3, on the eastbound side of Kumeyaay Highway near Manzanita Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcyclist collided with a vehicle on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
First responders arrived at the scene and found the rider lying on the ground.
The motorcyclist was seriously injured in the accident and was hospitalized for treatment.
More details about the mishap were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
