1 Injured in San Jose Car Crash on 680 Freeway near Jacklin Road

San Jose, California (March 5, 2022) – At least one person was injured in a Friday evening car accident in San Jose.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened on Interstate 680 Freeway near the Jacklin Road off-ramp at around 4:29 p.m.
A white Toyota Prius and two other vehicles were involved in the accident. The manner in which the accident happened, however, was yet to be established.
The Toyota suffered major rear-end damage in the accident.
Officials say at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment. The severity of injuries sustained by the victim was not immediately disclosed.
