Minor Injuries Sustained in Imperial Car Accident at Old Highway 111 and E Worthington Road
Imperial, California (March 9, 2022) – Two vehicles collided Tuesday afternoon at an intersection in Imperial, leaving at least one person with minor injuries.
The California Highway Patrol said the collision happened at about 3:04 p.m. at Old Highway 111 and E Worthington Road.
First responders found a gray Dodge van and a blue Toyota Corolla involved in the accident. The vehicles were blocking the intersection.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the crash.
The driver of the van was treated for minor injuries, but it was not clear if the victim was hospitalized.
An investigation to determine the cause of the collision is ongoing.
