West Hills, CA: Woman Killed in Wrong-Way DUI Crash on Woolsey Canyon Road

West Hills, California (March 13, 2022) – A 76-year-old woman was killed Saturday morning in a wrong-way DUI car collision in West Hills, authorities said.

The 6:15 a.m. crash happened in the area of 24045 Woolsey Canyon Road, near Valley Circle Boulevard.

According to the reports,  Nohemi Harrison, 57,  was driving a 2021 Porsche on Woolsey Canyon Road when she allowed her vehicle to cross the double yellow lines and collided head-on with a 2003 Nissan driven by the 76-year-old woman.

The woman driving the Nissan was transported to Northridge Hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries. Her name has not been released pending notification of family.

Harrison was transported to West Hills Hospital to be treated for her injuries before being arrested on suspicion of DUI.

The crash remains under investigation.
