Merced Woman Dies in Merced Car Crash at Bellevue and Fox Roads
Merced, California (March 14, 2022) – A 35-year-old Merced woman died following a traffic collision that took place in Merced on Monday morning.
According to California Highway Patrol, a vehicle and a semi-truck were involved in the collision that occurred on Bellevue and Fox roads at about 7:06 a.m.
A 35-year-old Merced woman was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox west on Bellevue Road when she turned left onto southbound Fox Road and was hit by a 2017 Peterbilt semi-truck.

The Merced woman died in the collision.
Three juveniles in the Chevrolet were taken to Valley Children's Medical Center in Madera for treatment of moderate to extensive injuries.
The operator of the big rig, a 55-year-old Winton man, was not injured.
Impairment was not suspected to have played a role in the collision, which remained under investigation.
