1 Person Hospitalized after El Granada Crash on Highway 1 near Capistrano Road
El Granada, California (March 15, 2022) – One person was seriously injured in a Monday night traffic accident in El Granada, authorities said.
The major injury accident occurred at about 1:10 p.m., on March 14, on Highway 1 near Capistrano Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a cement truck collided with Ford Flex on the highway in unclear circumstances.

One person, who was an occupant of the Ford Flex, sustained major injuries in the accident and was airlifted to Stanford hospital for treatment.
Traffic on the roadway was stopped for about two hours due to the collision.
Further details regarding the mishap were not immediately available.
