Child Among 2 Killed in Riverside Accident on Hayes and Roosevelt Streets
Riverside, California (March 15, 2022) – A woman and a child were struck and killed by a vehicle in Riverside on Tuesday afternoon, according to a report by the authorities.
The incident happened on Hayes and Roosevelt streets at about 3:50 p.m.
A blue 2020 Range Rover was traveling west on Hayes Street when it collided with three pedestrians while making a turn onto Roosevelt Street.
The victims were an adult woman and two minors.

The 58-year-old woman and a little boy were pronounced deceased at the scene.
A girl was transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
The involved driver, a 46-year-old, was not injured and stayed at the scene.
Alcohol and drugs were not believed to be factors in the incident.
An investigation into the incident is under investigation by the Riverside Police Department.
