1 Sustains Major Injuries in Colton Car Crash on 10 Freeway at 215 Freeway
Colton, California (March 17, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after an early Thursday morning multi-car accident that took place in Colton, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The pileup occurred at about 1 a.m. on westbound 10 Freeway at 215 Freeway.
Three vehicles of unknown description were involved in the collision.
Medical personnel responded to the scene and transported one person to Loma Linda University Medical Center with serious injuries.
The report also said that a separate three-vehicle collision with property damage only also occurred in the same area at around the same time.
All westbound lanes were temporarily closed following the collisions.
CHP officers are investigating the incidents.
