Fernando Duran-Ortiz Hurt in Tracy Car Accident on Highway 132 and Koster Road
Tracy, California (March 21, 2022) – Fernando Duran-Ortiz, 44, was injured in a fatal car crash that took place in Tracy on Thursday afternoon, according to authorities.
The crash happened on Highway 132 and Koster Road at about 3:40 p.m. March 17.
According to the report, Duran-Ortiz was driving a 2006 GMC Yukon eastbound on Highway 132 when he collided with a 2014 Ford Focus at the intersection.

Duran-Ortiz was transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
An occupant of the Ford Focus, Michael Maciel, 71, who was the former Tracy Mayor, was killed in the collision.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
