At Least One Seriously Injured in Lebec Car Crash on Interstate 5 near Fort Tejon Road
Lebec, California (March 21, 2022) – At least one person was seriously injured Sunday morning in a car crash in Lebec, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at about 9:45 p.m. on March 20 on Interstate 5 near the Fort Tejon Road exit.
CHP said a blue BMW collided with a sedan on the southbound side of the freeway. Authorities mentioned that a box van was also spotted in the area, but its role in the crash remained unclear.
At least one patient was taken to a hospital with major injuries. The name and condition of the victim were not immediately available.
Two other people had minor injuries in the crash. The names of the victims and their conditions were not immediately available.
