2 Hospitalized after San Bernardino Crash on 215 Freeway near 5th Street
San Bernardino, California (March 22, 2022) – Two people were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle pileup that happened early Monday morning in San Bernardino, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The collision was reported at about 1:50 a.m. on southbound 215 Freeway, just north of 5th Street.
Seven vehicles were involved in the crash.
Firefighters, AMR, and other emergency personnel responded to the scene.
At least two people sustained minor injuries. One was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center and the other to San Bernardino Community Hospital.
The report also said that a separate three-vehicle hit-and-run collision with property damage only happened in the same area at the same time.
Police officers are investigating the collisions.
