Car Slams into Caltrans Truck on Highway 60 at Highway 57 in Diamond Bar, Caltrans Driver Injured
Diamond Bar, California (March 22, 2022) – A Caltrans driver was hospitalized after the truck he was driving was rear-ended by another car Monday afternoon in Diamond Bar, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash was reported at about 12:14 p.m. on westbound Highway 60 at Highway 57.
As per the article, a Toyota Corolla that was allegedly weaving in and out of traffic lanes slammed into the back of a Caltrans truck.
The driver of the Caltrans vehicle was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
It was not clear if the driver of the other car was injured.
The No. 4 lane was closed for about half an hour following the accident.
CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
