One Injured in Redding Motorcycle Crash on Highway 44 near Liberty Street
Redding, California (March 22, 2022) – One person was injured in a crash between a vehicle and a motorcycle near downtown Redding on Tuesday morning, the California Highway Patrol said.
A 35-year-old man was riding a motorcycle on Highway 44 when he collided with a sedan east of Liberty Street at around 7:50 a.m.
The motorcyclist was taken to Mercy Medical Center in an unknown condition.

The crash caused a traffic backup on the eastbound side of Highway 44.
