At Least 2 Injured in Solano County Crash on Interstate 680 near Interstate 80
Solano County, California (March 28, 2022) – At least two people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened near Fairfield on Monday afternoon, according to a report by the Fairfield Fire Department.
A Tesla, a Dodge Durango, and a Chevy Cruze were among five vehicles involved in the crash.
Investigators said the Tesla and the Dodge were stopped for traffic ahead and the Tesla was rear-ended by the Chevy.
The wreck happened on Interstate 680 near Interstate 80
The chevy then drifted off the roadway following the impact of the accident.
The 30-year-old woman driving the Chevy was unconscious after the crash.
At least two people were transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
Authorities are working to find out what caused the vehicles to crash.
