Three Hurt in Fresno County Accident on Manning Avenue near Selma

County, California (March 29, 2022) – Three Good Samaritans were struck and injured by a vehicle after they stopped to help victims of an initial crash north of on Monday.

According to authorities, a driver collided with a brown pickup on Manning Avenue and the first driver failed to stop at the scene.

The pickup then slammed into an almond orchard following the initial impact.

A BMW stopped at the scene shortly after and the four occupants stepped out to check on the parties in the crashed pickup.

The slippery icy conditions on the roadway caused a white Jeep to lose control and it slammed into the pedestrians and the BMW.

Three victims were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The wet weather is believed to have played a major role in the collisions.

Authorities are investigating the incident.
