At Least 1 Severely Injured in Oroville Car Crash on E Gridley Road at Highway 70
Oroville, California (April 2, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a major injury head-on collision that happened early Saturday morning in Oroville.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided at around 1:13 a.m. on E Gridley Road at Highway 70.
The vehicles collided for unknown reasons, and the force sent both about 10 feet off the roadway. One of them stopped against a tree.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and helped at least one person who sustained severe injuries.
Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.
CHP officers are investigating the accident.
